vegeta   saitama rules vegeta can use all of his transformations  [he cannot use his great ape form ,cannot turn into majin vegeta and cannot use ssj4 because ssj4 is not canon] saitama can use his killing punch killing allowed both at full power fight takes place in the middle of nowehere  |

I support Vegeta too due to his abilities. However, there are many fan made videos which put saitama on par or even stronger than the ssjgss saiyans. Check out anime war for example.

Furthermore, a saiyan learns the skills and techniques of the opponent they previously fight with (they learn to fight as they fight). |

Both saitama and Vegeta come from different universes. There is a fan fiction video (pre anime war) where Son Goku ssjgss is actually weaker than saitama. Therefore, it fanfictions, its probably ok to make a weakling in his own universe powerful in another universe. Akira Toriyama might not be powerful in the real world but he is more powerful than all the dbz characters as he created them.
