so a almost a year after zamasu was defeated , zeno calls everyone for the universal tourtament , trunks has to find the fighters for the universe , trunks thinks but he decides to revive gohan .
this would be a reunion , but trunks would then tell gohan that he needs him to help in the universal tourtament , gohan would happily agree after trunks explains what it is
trunks then goes to the past to get other fighters
trunks recruits goku and vegeta after explaining what is going on , goku and vegeta agree to help , but goku and vegeta also tell trunks he will need another fighter , so they recruit frezia
trunks is shocked frezia is still alive , but goku and vegeta expalin they revived him for the last tourtament
frezia is a little bit angry trunks is still alive , and at first refuses to help him , but then goku says that if he wins the tourtament , then he will get the super dragon balls , and frezia pouts in anger but agrees to help , goku then says their is one more powerful fighter in this universe , broly , i will recruit him
goku recruits broly and broly agrees to help trunks in his universe , trunks meets broly and notices how quiet he is , but thanks him for helping
goku then also recruits andriod 18 and andriod 17 , but they need one more fighter so they bring tien along
future gohan sees andriod 17 and 18 and tries to kill them , but trunks explains they are diffrent then the andriods in this timeline , so finally they have all the fighters , tien , goku , vegeta , future gohan , trunks , broly , andriod 17 , andriod 18
