The only croc which terrifies the hippos is croc is Gustav.

The only croc which terrifies the hippos is croc is Gustav. still a hippo can easily defeat a large nile crocodile but they avoid them so they do not get hurt |

Still it is enigma why hippos are afraid of Gustav. I don't doubt a full grown male hippo can destroy Gustav yet its probably the extreme courage of that croc which makes the hippos back off.
