A Bengal tiger and Amur tiger can kill a sun bear, sloth bear, Asiatic black bear, most American black bears, and even a similar size brown bear (which would be female) in a fight to death. Male grizzly bears and Ussuri brown bears are immune to tiger predation. Female grizzlies and Ussuri brown bears can be killed by tigers but even than its dangerous for the striped cats.
